Autocross X 2026 is gearing up to ignite the motorsport spirit in Moodubidire, Karnataka, on January 3 & 4, 2026, marking a premium national-level racing spectacle set to attract top drivers and motorsport enthusiasts from across the country. Under the theme “Where Grit Meets Grip,” the event promises an adrenaline-charged weekend featuring intense off-road challenges designed to test endurance, precision, and extreme technical driving skill.
The event is being organised by TASC, BAC, and IMSC Motorsport, under the official regulations of the Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI), ensuring professional race management, safety standards, and a world-class competition environment. Members of TASC include Abhay Chandra Jain, Kuldeep M, and Pratap P Jain, while BAC is led by President Akshay K Jain, who are collectively working towards delivering one of the finest motorsport experiences in the region. Strengthening the legacy and technical excellence behind Autocross X 2026 are the founders of IMSC Motorsport, Musa Sherif and Ashwin Naik, two of the most celebrated figures in Indian motorsport. Musa Sherif, the first Indian pair to secure a historic podium at WRC3, is a seven-time INRC National Champion co-driver and the first Indian to complete over 300 rallies across bikes and cars in all rally formats. Ashwin Naik is recognized as the first and only Indian to earn podium and class victories across British & European Rally Championship rounds, with more than 230 national and international rallies to his credit. Their leadership and involvement significantly elevate Autocross X 2026 into one of India’s most prestigious motorsport events.
The championship will feature multiple competitive racing categories including Up to 800cc, Up to 1400cc, Up to 1650cc, Indian Open, Diesel Open, Ladies Open, Gypsy Class, Star of Moodubidire, and the newly launched Amateur Class. Entry fees for the main categories are ₹4,000, with cash prizes of ₹7,000, ₹4,000, and ₹3,000 for the top three finishers along with trophies. Categories with fewer than six participants will award cash prizes only to the first place winner. The Ladies Category and Star of Moodubidire carry an entry fee of ₹2,000 and award five trophies each, without cash prizes. The event also introduces two major title honours — the prestigious Moodubidire Track Champion, offering ₹20,000 + Trophy, and Fastest Driver of the Day, awarded with a Cash Prize + Trophy.
Adding to the excitement beyond racing, Autocross X 2026 will host leading automobile brands showcasing their latest models, accessories, and performance technologies through exclusive stalls, giving visitors the opportunity to explore and even purchase vehicles directly at the venue. This transforms the event into a large-scale motorsport and automotive festival for families, enthusiasts, and industry partners alike.
